President

Innovation, Honesty, Integrity, and a "Get it Done" attitude define Ed and his company. Since 1993, he has grown LDC using his vast experience, knowledge, and connections to the industry.

Lawrence DeCristofaro Sr., a tool maker and jewelry manufacturing executive, founded LDC Inc. in 1985. Ed took over the company at the age of 17, when his father took a consulting job in 1987. It was the beginning of his lifelong career in jewelry manufacturing and he can boast having built many of LDC's machines and tools developing proprietary technology.

Edward became an owner of LDC in 1990 and full owner and president in 2003. He is well known and one of the most well respected individuals in the industry. Ed is the 2011 President of the Providence Jewelers Club, serves on the Board of The Jewelers Board of Trade, serves on the Board of The Manufacturing Jewelers and Suppliers of America, is a member of the exclusive Twenty Four Karat Club of the City of New York, and is also a member of the Boston Jewelers Club. He is also a partner in E&G Tool and Die Manufacturing.

Neil M. Stamps
Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer

Neil has been in the jewelry industry since 1981 while working for some of the largest and most successful companies in North America. Graduating from Providence College with a BS in Accounting, he went on to Bryant College to earn a Masters Degree in Management.
Neil started his career at the Leach & Garner Company and then joined PM Refining Inc. until it was purchased by Heraeus USA. Neil was the VP of Sales and Marketing where he gained experience in doing business and travelling to China, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Europe. Heraeus continued to grow and became the second largest precious metals supplier/refiner in the country. He then joined Imperial Smelting and Refining Company in Canada for 5 years. The last three of those years, Imperial was honored as one of the Top 50 small businesses in Canada. Neil joined The Corporate Marketplace, Inc. (TCMPI) in 2004 as a partner and member of the Board of Directors. TCMPI won several awards for being one of the fastest growing and most successful technology companies in the country.

Jennifer Brousseau
Manager of Product Development

Jennifer graduated from the University of R.I. with a BS degree in Textiles, Fashion Merchandising and Design. She was inducted into the Wall of Fame of Successful Alumni by URI in 2009.

Jennifer started her career in apparel manufacturing at Cherry Tree Products before working in Technical Design for Foxcroft Sportswear in Fall River, MA until 2007. This manufacturing experience along with a strong interest in Jewelry and Design enabled Jennifer to shift careers and move to LDC.

At LDC, Jen started as a department of one and now manages a staff of seven. In addition to being the PD Manager, Jen contributes with Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Planning, playing a key role in LDC's growth and success.
